Meet the Project Merchandiser... After we meet with you to discuss your plans and goals, we assign one of our highly skilled and experienced Guangdong-based Mandarin-English merchandisers as your principal contact and liaison between you and the local suppliers.  The merchandiser will work with you every step of the way to ensure that all of your questions are answered and all of your problems are solved.  He or she will be available by e-mail, fax and telephone every business day and will provide immediate responses to all inquiries.  The merchandiser will coordinate with our US staff to create a seamlessly integrated trans-Pacific manufacturing operation ready to handle every aspect of your product’s design and production.

If further design and refinement of your product is needed, the project manager and our local staff will work with you to create prototypes, resolve issues that may impact manufacturing cost and efficiency, and finalize the product design.

Sourcing Professionals
Once the design is ready for production, we source all of the components, materials and production.  We help you determine all of the critical parameters, including time line, production volume, target price point and qualifying factories to meet the end user requirements.  We take this information to the best suppliers in China and obtain firm and binding quotes for each phase of the manufacturing process.  Perhaps most importantly, we work in partnership with you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with peace of mind.

Always on the Job
After the manufacturing phase begins, we visit the factory regularly and test and examine samples of the product to confirm that all specifications are met or exceeded.  We also provide you with samples for your inspection as frequently as you desire.  If any problems, issues, questions or concerns arise, we address them immediately with you and the suppliers.
